Welcome to Burlington D.A.R.E.’s home on the web! Here you’ll find information on our Drug Abuse Resistance Education program. The Burlington Police Department is in partnership with the Burlington School System and Parents to instruct students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade in areas such as peer pressure resistance, bullying prevention, drug education and self-esteem. We strive to keep up with and perhaps stay ahead of the always evolving trends that influence our children. As with anything, community support is necessary and greatly appreciated. We intend to be involved with as many activities as we can and are always available to help out. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site.
